We have eight locations and Almere is not one of them. We would rather say that at the top of this page than at the bottom. The nearest clinic is in Amsterdam-Zuidoost, about 23 km from Almere Centrum and directly next to Ganzenhoef metro station. Utrecht Overvecht is the second option.

Both can be reached by car and by direct train from Almere Centrum. Amsterdam-Zuidoost is clearly closer.

- Take the A6 and the A1 to the A9. Outside rush hour the drive takes just under half an hour.
- By public transport
- There is a direct train from Almere Centrum to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. There you change to the metro to Ganzenhoef; the clinic is next to that station.
- Parking
- You can park at the Ganzenhoef shopping centre.
We also have a location in Amsterdam at Osdorpplein, but from Almere that is roughly as far as Utrecht. From Almere, Zuidoost is almost always the shortest trip.

- Take the A27 towards Utrecht, then the Noordelijke Randweg.
- By public transport
- A direct train from Almere Centrum to Utrecht Centraal, then the sprinter (local train) to Utrecht Overvecht station. The clinic is within walking distance of that station.
- Parking
- There is ample parking space around the Zambesidreef.
- When this is convenient
- Convenient if you need to be in the Utrecht area anyway, or if Amsterdam is fully booked on your preferred date.

The consultation beforehand and the procedure are on the same day. So you do not have to travel from Almere and back twice.

The price is fixed in advance
A circumcision costs €290 for babies up to 1 year old. No additional charges afterwards, whichever location you choose.
What it costs
The prices are the same at every location. For babies up to 1 year old this is €290, from 1 to 5 years €320, from 5 to 12 years €380 and from 12 years €490. Sedation costs €250 extra. If there is a medical indication, separate rates apply and you can submit the invoice to your health insurer yourself.

You register online and choose the location that suits you best. On the day itself, the assistant first discusses your situation and the doctor examines your son. The procedure then follows under local anaesthetic or, if you choose this, under sedation. You go home the same day with aftercare instructions and a telephone number to call if anything comes up.
